Demo Day and Silent Auction help raise funds for a cure

Photo Scraps will be holding a Silent Auction and Demo Day on Saturday, October 15. The proceeds from the Silent Auction will be donated to the Susan G. Komen Foundation in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

There is a variety of delightful, handmade paper and rubber stamping crafts and other items included in the Silent Auction. Bids can be made for the Silent Auction at the store in Eldersburg, Maryland, on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

If you simply want to donate, Photo Scraps also has other ways for you to donate to the Susan G Komen Fund:

  • Buy a cute pink rubber duck for a buck.
  • Purchase a pen for a dollar.
  • Put change in the pink piggy bank at the register.

Photo Scraps will also have 12 demo projects that include a variety of cards andlayouts for you to create. Just stop by the store anytime between 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and purchase tickets for $2 per demo.  If you complete 6 demos, you will receive a coupon for 10% off total purchase for the day (excludes special orders and other sale special offers).
