Demi Moore has finally made her move in her divorce with Ashton Kutcher. Moore has officially filed divorce papers against Kutcher. According to US Weekly on March 7, Moore is also asking for more than just a divorce.
Moore filed her divorce papers on March 7 at the Los Angeles Superior Court. Moore’s filing comes after Kutcher filed his divorce papers on Dec. 21. Kutcher cited irreconcilable difference in his divorce papers. Moore also listed irreconcilable differences, but she added a few demands as well.
Moore is asking for spousal support and for her attorney fees to be paid by Kutcher. Sources from US Weekly say that Moor tried to settle everything in private but she got tired of all the stalling. Moore says she is ready to move forward.
It has been sixteen months since Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher announced they splitting from their six year marriage. It is definitely time to move forward, but it seems there are still some dealings going on in the background for Demi to ask for spousal support and attorney fees.
