Demi Moore is an American actress of Greek descent.
After minor roles in film, and a role in the television drama series, General Hospital, Moore established her career in films such as St. Elmo's Fire (1985) and Ghost (1990), A Few Good Men (1992), Indecent Proposal (1993) and Disclosure (1994).
By the end of the decade Moore's films were less successful, but she returned to prominence with her role in Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle (2003).

Moore took her professional name from her first husband, Freddy Moore, and is the mother of three daughters from her marriage to Bruce Willis. She has been married to model and actor Ashton Kutcher since 2005.
When Moore's family settled in Los Angeles in 1976, she attended Fairfax High School in Hollywood, where her schoolmates included Red Hot Chili Peppers frontman Anthony Kiedis and bassist Michael Balzary and actor Timothy Hutton. When Moore was sixteen, her friend, actress Nastassja Kinski, persuaded her to drop out of school to become an actress.
Demi Moore's film debut was in the 1982 3-D science fiction/horror film, Parasite, which was a hit on the drive-in circuit. However, she was not well known until she played the part of Jackie Templeton on the ABC soap opera, General Hospital, from 1982-1983. Moore also had an uncredited cameo at the end of the 1982 spoof Young Doctors in Love.
For 2009 Moore has been busy with the films Bunraku Alexandra, Happy Tears and The Joneses.

thanks, and I just added video clips, so you might have missed those, she's done so much, was hard to choose.
Let me think, I chose her because - OH, there was big news about her making her hair into a mohawk recently? And I found cool photos. So that's all it took. I did not write about the hair do though, just her acting in general (as you saw).

I never knew Moore was a name from a marriage. The mohawk was a photoshop prank courtsey of her husband Ashton though her beautiful face could handle that look.
