Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher Master Cleanse diet fast Twitter tweets create buzz
Back when I wrote the piece titled "Beyonce's Master Cleanse Diet Fast Helped Her Lose 20 Pounds" on November 24, 2006 -- shortly after watching Beyonce tell Oprah that she lost 20 pounds in two weeks off the Master Cleanse, plus eating fruits and veggies, she claimed, along with it -- little did I know that it would be one of my most-visited articles even four years later.
Like clockwork, when spring turns to summer, people get more interested in trying the Master Cleanse product to lose weight.
Since then, Naomi Campbell has gone on Oprah to talk about her brutal regime of doing the Master Cleanse fast diet drink, along with depriving herself from eating bread per her boyfriend's request, she said.
And even Ashanti lost weight with the Master Cleanse diet fast drink.
But for all the hoopla, this journalist still hasn't totally tried the version of Master Cleanse selling like hotcakes on Amazon, nor do I know if it's completely safe and if it works.
While I do believe in Fasting for Spiritual Breakthough, and know that God has worked miracles through that, I haven't had a whole lot of success of fasting for weight loss.
Thankfully, I have had success with My Food Diary, something that encourages me to get back on the "schtick" when I go off and eat like the dickens on vacation. It seems safer to do that, praying my calories are self-controlled instead of just trying to "cleanse" for some time.
Nevertheless, since Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher are trying the Master Cleanse diet fast now, folks are talking about the controversial Master Cleanse once again, and following the couple's progress on Twitter.
"9 hrs into the master cleanse. I want a steak, a beer, and a blow-pop. Hmmm this is gonna be rough," Ashton Kutcher tweeted.
