Disney star Demi Lovato has completed her 3 months of treatment in an Illinois rehab facility and is now back at home. Demi received medical treatment for emotional and physical issues that she has dealt with for some time. The exact reason for her treatment is vague yet photos seem to show that Lovato has a history of cutting and an eating disorder. In a video posted on Demi's facebook she thanks her fans stating,
“I wouldn’t be here today if it wasn’t for the support you guys have given me along the way."

Prior to entering rehab Demi Lovato quit her tour with the Jonas Brothers and unexpectedly took down her Twitter account that had over 2.5 million followers. She had punched one of the backup dancers in the face and that incident is what allegedly prompted Demi to seek treatment for her issues.
While still in rehab some provocative pictures had been released of Demi Lovato suggestively posing for the camera in a bra surrounded by her backup dancers. One of the teens in the leaked picture with Demi Lovato is assault victim Alex Welch. Alex is the girl Demi was accused of punching in the face during a flight from Peru. The incident left Welch with a black eye and some bruising around her cheekbone.
The most recent news is that Demi Lovato is now dating former "That '70s Show" star Wilmer Valderrama. Lovato (18) and Valderrama (31) have been seen together recently and there was talk of them being a couple just prior to her entering rehab. Demi says that she plans to record new music and get back on the road later this year.
