Demi Lovato has quit touring with the Jonas Brothers and entered rehab. TMZ confirmed the news that the "Sonny With a Chance" star has entered rehab, shocking her fans.
Demi Lovato had entered rehab upon deleted her Twitter account. Rumors that Demi and Justin Bieber were dating hit the web and her Twitter account along with her touring schedule disappeared.
Demi Lovato's whereabouts have now been confirmed. The Disney star is in rehab for what TMZ reports as "emotional and physical issues." The news of Demi Lovato's rehab stay comes as a bit of a surprise to fans, who had been tweeting something was up with Lovato.
In a statement from the stars rep it was confirmed that "Demi Lovato left her tour early this weekend in order to seek medical treatment for emotional and physical issues she has dealt with for some time."
In addition to the gossip that Demi Lovato and Justin Bieber have been hooking up, it is also rumored that Demi was in a physical altercation with a female member of her tour, which pushed Lovato over the edge and into rehab.

Demi is a person just like everyone else....if you don't like her then fine but she's still a human being and she has feelings too. I wish her the best of luck and I hope she gets better soon.
I'm really surprised. She always seemed to have it so together, although I wondered after her break-up with Joe Jonas how she would handle touring with him.
I'm going through pretty much the same thing right now, so I feel for Demi, and i kinda understand what she's going through. and those comments about how she deserves it, what is that for? All of those people hating on her are people who never grew up to be. Nothing are mad at themselves because she's famous and they are loser's. What's happening to her can be a good thing for other girls that they can get help and don't have to suffer in silence. Hope you feel better and heel soon.
