Demi Lovato -- star of the Disney Channel show "Sunny With a Chance" -- was on hand Monday night for "Jimmy Kimmel Live," and the singer received plenty of questions about her new relationship with Joe Jonas of the Jonas Brothers.
At first, Demi and Kimmel spent the majority of the time talking about her favorite southern Christian rock band, who Lovato apparently drove an hour out to see the day before "Kimmel" filming. After getting fielded a ton on questions about a band that no one else in the world has heard of, we finally got to the subject of Joe. Demi referred to her new boyfriend as "amazing," even though she said that the two of them don't have exactly the same taste in music. However, she also added that he wasn't one to keep her from listening to whatever she wants.
Even without that common bond, both Demi and Joe (known as "Jemi" to many people on Twitter) probably have plenty to talk about over dinner. The both started out their careers with Disney, developed a huge fanbase with young people, and each currently have their own shows on the network (though "JONAS" also includes brothers Nick and Kevin).
