Demi Lovato has dyed her hair blue.
On October 2, 2013, the "X Factor" judge appeared on the "Tonight Show with Jay Leno" to perform and to talk about her upcoming "Neon Lights" tour. On the show, she also took the opportunity to debut her new hair color.
The "Heart Attack" singer has sported many different hair colors over the years. Going blue is something she has always wanted to try. However, in the past she worried about how the hair color changes would affect her career in the entertainment industry.
As Lovato told Allure back in August 2012, "I love changing my hair a lot -- I think it's fun. I used to always want to dye my hair blue and purple and pink when I was younger. But I was busy trying to make it in the industry as an actress, and it was hard to go in for auditions with blue hair. And so when I heard of the dip-dye trend, I loved it, and I felt like I could finally dye my hair blue. You know you've made it when you can dye your hair blue."
This blue hair color is such fun edgy look. It's a testament to her ever-evolving style.
