Demi Lovato is not going to be posting on Twitter for a while. The entertainer shared the heartbreaking news with fans after several gossip sites decided to read in-between the lines of the postings on Twitter and obviously put too much thought into her words. Sharing a decision that will mean over 11 million fans won’t hear from the star for a while, she made the announcement on Thursday.
“I don't get how people get ‘stories’ from very vague twitter posts... About friendship.....??” tweeted Demi Lovato from her official Twitter account. “Blehh. I really love my fans but I hate gossip sites... Gonna take a breather from twitter... I love y'all!”
While the gossip treading online definitely does read plenty into the vague texts, the entertainer has to acknowledge that prolific writing without context allows anyone the opportunity to enjoy a little creative license when it comes to stories. However, the fans are getting the raw deal as 2013 is starting out without Demi’s voice and that’s what her fans enjoy hearing.
