Demi's divorce papers will be submitted, reports Us Weekly on March 6. The 50-year-old Demi Moore, who separated from 35-year-old Ashton Kutcher, sixteen months ago after six years of marriage, will file her own papers almost three months after Kutcher filed his. Allegedly, the "Margin Call" actress tried to reach a settlement, but "eventually tired of stalled negotiations."
"Ashton made a lot of money after marrying Demi -- a lot more than she made -- but despite him becoming just as famous through her, he believes he doesn't owe her that much," said a source. Demi's divorce papers will be filed because she "has had enough."
Undoubtedly, the raven-haired beauty has been to hell and back. There was strong evidence of infidelity on the part of Kutcher by way of text messages and more; fans worried about Moore's body as she grew painfully thin, and she spent three months in rehab for what some said was due to substance abuse while others claimed exhaustion.
Now Ashton is dating 29-year-old Mila Kunis, and it appears Demi has seriously moved on. Steps have been taken even before the news of Demi's divorce papers. For example, Moore changed her Twitter name from @MrsKutcher to @JustDemi, even enlisting suggestions from her followers before she did it. She's also moved on with her career, continuing to make movies. Her latest is the 2013 "Very Good Girls" starring Dakota Fanning.
