The weather is gorgeous, preparations are being completed, and bikes are trickling into Ocean City. Yep, it’s once again time for Delmarva Bike Week®!
Delmarva Bike Week® begins tomorrow, and runs through Sunday, the 19th. As in past years, events are being held at Winter Place Park, Harley-Davidson of Ocean City, Harley-Davidson of Seaford, and Seacrets. This year, event planners have added the Arthur W. Perdue Stadium to the venue.
The Maryland Motorcycle Safety Program will host a Fast Track licensing program Thursday through Saturday at the Salisbury MVA. Reservations are required to participate and there are still a few slots available. You can register for the Fast Track licensing program at the Maryland Motorcycle Safety Program tent at Winter Place Park.
According to The Weather Channel, the weekend weather looks fantastic:
- Thursday – mostly sunny, 84°, Chance of rain - 20%
- Friday – Sunny, 77°, Chance of rain - 0%
- Saturday – Sunny, 76°, Chance of rain – 0%
- Sunday – Sunny, 78° Chance of rain – 0%
At Winter Place Park this afternoon, vendors were busy setting up tents, stocking shelves, and preparing for the hundred’s of biker’s soon to arrive. This year, Winter Place Park will host over 75 vendors and displays!
Harley-Davidson of Ocean City will host over 30 vendors and displays.
Arthur W. Perdue Stadium will host over 25 vendors and displays.
Harley-Davidson of Seaford and Seacrets will each host over 10 vendors and displays.
All locations will have food and drinks. Live music can be heard throughout the weekend at Winter Place Park.
