The Dell's Fish and wildlife Aquarium and Museum gained a new life in June 2014 as new owner Pam took over. The once run down and outdated aquarium and museum is getting a much needed renovation and face lift.
Located in The Wisconsin Dells area, The Dell's fish and wildlife aquarium and museum was established many years ago and now sits on the same property as the beaver springs fishing ponds and horse back riding area.
While there are many Taxidermy creatures such as an Adult wolf, lots of fish and ducks & peacocks on display. There are also live bearded dragons, Fish, reptiles and frogs. Future plans will include outdoor enclosures with rabbits and a giant turtle pond.
The new owner plans on adding more exhibits to help children learn more about nature and see Native species up close. Adding information plaques and science and nature displays of how frogs and other species make life change developments. A small feeding station indoors allows visitors to feed the rare golden trouts and a soft shelled turtle. Watch the sturgeon and muskie swim in a fresh spring feed water tank.
The Dell's fish and wildlife aquarium and museum will be open during renovations and visitors are welcomed to leave comments as to what they would like to see on exhibit.
