Erin Kuba’s Kuba Kreations brings delicious all-natural baked treats, including a variety of gluten free, whole grain and dairy free options. Everything they bake, they create from scratch, using only natural and sometimes organic ingredients.
Their Signature Lemon Lavender cookies completely harmonize the balance between sweet and savory, with a blend of lemon zest and notes of lavender. One of their most popular cookie flavors is the German Chocolate, which can be likened to having a slice of its cake counterpart. Of course there is also the array macaroons, with the endless flavor options to sample such as Lemon Curd and Strawberry Rose. Macaroons can be purchased for $24 a dozen or $2 a piece and are usually available when they attend the Rancho Santa Fe Farmers Market.
Kuba, who has always had a passion for baking desserts, graduated from Le Cordon Bleu California. She founded Kuba Kreations in 2011, after she made the decision to leave a company that she had worked for after school. She realized that to achieve her dream she was going to have to take some risks and make the first move. Now Kuba Kreations has established themselves as a gourmet custom cakes designer for weddings and parties in Southern California. Their cookies, desert bars, cupcakes and macaroons even ship internationally.
Kuba Kreations custom wedding cakes can even coordinate to go with the theme and flavors of the wedding. Wedding cake tastings can be set up, where the bride and groom to be can sample four flavors of their choosing.
For those looking to satisfy their sweet tooth with delicious and unique treats, Kuba Kreations can be purchased at the Rancho Santa Fe Farmers Market Sundays from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Harvest Ranch Market in Encinitas, Ponte Winery and Danza del Sol Winery in Temecula as well as the Lavender Lounge Tea Company in San Clemente. They also take custom cake and desert orders through their website, they have a minimum of $150 for custom orders as they make everything from scratch, but they have weekly specials and it is possible to email them and request smaller orders to be picked up at the farmers market.
