Delectable winter treats: Quick banana nut bread

An easy and quick recipe for the Southern favorite, Banana Nut Bread, makes for a most delectable winter treat.

Banana Nut Bread

  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 6 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups chopped nuts

​Combine cake mix, eggs, and ripe bananas. Fold in chopped nuts. Pour into 2 large loaf pans, sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
