Del Frisco’s Grille Palm Beach today announced its $35 prix fixe dinner menu for its first-ever year as a participant in Flavor Palm Beach, Palm Beach County’s annual restaurant month, taking place in September. For its inaugural year, the modern American grille will feature some of its most coveted dishes in generous portions, including an eight-ounce filet mignon with roasted garlic mashed potatoes, prime beef short rib stroganoff with Pappardelle noodles, and plaintain-crusted grouper with coconut sticky rice and pineapple black beangarlic sauce. A roasted chicken with garlic mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus will also be available as an entrée option during the promotion.
"We know that Flavor diners have a great variety of options to chose from, and since it is our first time participating in the event, we wanted to make sure we offered a menu of options that not only best represents the Del Frisco's Grille experience, but also one that truly embraces the value appeal of the Flavor promotion” said Del Frisco’s Grille Palm Beach Executive Chef Michael McLain. “Our three-course menu will feature both generous portions of our most celebrated items, as well as a few unconventional surprises, all of which we are confident will leave our guests satisfied and coming back for more."
In addition to starter options of an iceberg lettuce wedge, corn and crab chowder, or knife and fork Caesar, Flavor guests will be offered a variety of dish enhancements, moderately priced especially for the restaurant monthpromotion. These include oscar style lump crabmeat and Béarnaise sauce for an additional $12, or four jumbo shrimp for $8. For dessert, diners will need to find room for a key lime pie with raspberry sauce or a classic crème brulee. The restaurant’s special summer cocktail, the Tito’s Island Classic Martini, will also be available for $8 throughout the month.
Del Frisco’s Grille is opened seven days a week from 5 PM. It is located at 340 Royal Poinciana Way, Suite 300, in the northeast corner.
