Deion Sanders has won custody of his children. The former football player was awarded custody of his three kids over ex-wife, Pilar Sanders, TMZ reported on Mar. 12.
According to the report, Deion Sanders won the custody battle with eleven of the twelve jurors decided he was more suitable to take care of his children than ex-wife, Pilar.
While Deion was awarded full custody of 11 and 13-year-old his sons, he and his wife will share custody of their 9-year-old daughter. Pilar was likely shocked by the verdict, as both she and Deion were fighting for sole custody of all three children.
While Deion Sanders is winning the custody battle, the couple are still arguing over the financial issues from their divorce, and it’s likely the Pilar Sanders may appeal the custody ruling.
