Deena Cortese is returning to TV.
Two years after she and her co-stars said good-bye to Seaside Heights, N.J. on the sixth installment of Jersey Shore, Cortese and her longtime boyfriend, Chris Buckner, have signed on to appear on VH1's "Couple's Therapy."
According to a May 29th report by E! News, Cortese and Buckner will appear on the show's fifth season, along with fellow housemates, including Jenna Jameson and John Wood, "Big Brother" star Dick "Evil Dick" Donato and Stephanie Rogness-Fischer and Naughty by Nature's Anthony "Treach" Criss and Cicely Evans.
According to E!, Cortese and Buckner will live in a house with the rest of the cast, where they will receive professional help for the issues in their relationship from Dr. Jenn Berman.
In a report by Starcasm from Jan. 2012, it was said that Cortese and Buckner began dating sometime around late 2011 and early 2012.
On May 24, Cortese confirmed she was heading to Los Angeles in a tweet.
"And were off! LA bound," she wrote, along with a photo of a video camera.
"Couples Therapy" season five premieres on Wednesday, Sept. 10, on VH1.
