She hasn't been around her friend for twenty years, but growing up they were very close and she was even close to her family. She is the perfect cop to go undercover and find out what really happened.
The Bowers family is the rich and powerful family that lost their child. You will recognize the actress that plays Mia from her time on "Gossip Girl." Her name is Ella Rae Peck.
