December 20, 2011 DVD & Blu-ray: Futurama: Volume 6 mind-bendering galactic fun

Matt Groening's Futurama returns in Futurama: Volume 6 for another thirteen mind-bendering episodes. Buckle up and get ready for more galaxy adventures with Fry, Bender, Leela and the rest of the Planet Express crew. Episodes:

  1. “Neutopia” - To avoid an imminent bankruptcy, the "Planet Express" is converted into an airline company, but on its the first flight the airliner crash-lands on a strange planet. The crew meet a strange alien with the ability to alter their gender identities.
  2. “Benderama” - Professor invents a device that creates two half-sized duplicates of any object. Bender uses this device to create copies of himself, so he doesn't have to work, but things quickly get out of control as copies of Bender may take over Earth.
  3. “Ghost in the Machines” - Fry believes that a human life is more important than a robot life, so Bender decides to kill himself again, only this time he really follows through. But instead of dying he turns into a ghost that haunts Fry.
  4. “Law and Oracle” - Fry realizes he's stuck in a dead-end job, so he quits and enrolls in the police academy.
  5. “The Silence of the Clamps” - Bender testifies in open court against Donbot, and has to go into Witness Relocation Program, because the entire Robot Mafia is now after him.While Bender goes into hiding to avoid the Robot Mafia, Clamps joins Planet Express to become friends with Fry to get information on Bender's where-a-bouts and grows a strong hostility with Zoidberg in the process.
  6. “Yo Leela Leela” - Against all odds, Leela manages to write a successful children story, which becomes a huge TV hit. But Leela's success comes with a secret.
  7. “All the Presidents’ Heads” - The crew changes the outcome of the American revolution when they travel back in time. Professer Farnsworth licks George Washington's head and it sends him on a trip to the Revolutionary War.
  8. “Möbius Dick” - While traveling through the Bermuda Tetrahedron, the crew encounters a giant 4-dimensional space whale.
  9. “Fry Am the Egg Man” - Leela buys some alien eggs, and Fry decides to hatch one of them instead of eating it, hoping to get a pet bird, but gets something else instead.
  10. “The Tip of the Zoidberg” - The crew learns shocking secrets of how Professor Farnsworth and Dr. Zoidberg met.
  11. “Cold Warriors” - Fry catches a common cold and gets everyone else in town sick and quarantined. Meanwhile, Fry has flashbacks of his childhood from when he entered the school science fair to do his project on the common cold.
  12. “Overclockwise” - Bender overclocks his processor and becomes a godly power of the universe.
  13. “Reincarnation” - Futurama is seen in three different animation styles with Fleischer, anime, and video-games.
