Dec 21 Good Riddance Pulley Battalion of Saints in San Diego

Slabratory Clothing presented its second annual Slabby Holidaze Concert on December 21, 2013. This sold out show featured Good Riddance, Pulley, Battalion of Saints, Skipjack, and Maniacal Laugh at Brick by Brick.

Headliner Good Riddance put on another epic show in San Diego, their first in SD since last October 20, also a Slabratory concert. G.R.'s hour+ long set featured classics like Mother Superior, Weight Of The World, Last Believer, and so many more. The crowd at Brick by Brick sang along to almost every song, and brought an enegry to the room most bands can only dream of. One of the all time great iconic punk rock bands, Good Riddance had taken several years off of music from 2007-2012. Now back on stage and sounding as good as ever, fans can only hope they are inspired to write some new tunes for a new album. So-Cal punk band Pulley was direct support for Good Riddance and delivered amazing set odelivered an amazing performance that captured the audiences attention every second. Lead singer Scott Radinsky brought his A game with a stellar vocal performance highlighted by his bands incredible melodic drive. Their song list included some of their fans all time favorites like Insects Destroy, One Shot, and Stomach Aches, among others. Formed in the early 1990's, the band had its stops and starts as front man Radinsky pursued a successful 11 year Major League Baseball career, and several other guys came and went from the lineup. Still in top punk rock form, the future looks bright for this talented bunch. Here is a video from the show of Pulley's Insects Destroy:

Also on the line up was legendary band Battalion of Saints with their in your face screaming style of well as other San Diego veterans Skipjack, and Maniacal Laugh. All of the openers rocked the house as the crowd came in early to enjoy a full night of fun and great music produced by Slabratory Clothing. The San Diego music scene has a lot to be thankful for this holiday season, and Slabratory is a big reason why. With a series of epic shows featuring great bands like Authority Zero, Implants, Good Riddance, and so many more... Slabratory has revitalized the skate punk scene in San Diego.
