A lot of people give Barack Obama credit for killing master terrorist Osama bin Laden, among them, Dick Cheney and George Bush, two individuals Osama condemned and Obama denigrated. Ah well, there’s no accounting for class in some people. On the other hand, how do you account for the classless, self-aggrandizing, two-faced deceivers in high office?
Last night Obama said a number of things when he announced Osama’s demise. If you watched and listened carefully, you heard a lot of “Me,” and “I” in those remarks. Oh, he gave our military and CIA the obligatory nod. However, any objective observer must acknowledge Obama wanted everyone to know, he is the man. He used this development, as he uses every opportunity, to advance his own cause, which, at the moment, is re-election.
