Alex Toplansky has commented about the possibility of a future “Dead Island” video game, presumably “Dead Island 2,” being released for the PS4 and Xbox 720. According to a report by VideoGamer on March 15, the creative producer at Deep Silver disclosed that they “would be stupid” not to be looking at all possibilities, which includes the next-generation systems. However, he also cautioned that fans shouldn’t raise their expectations right now. You can check out some screens from the upcoming “Dead Island: Riptide,” as well as some images of the PS4 accessories and menus, in the slideshow at the top of this article.
Alex Toplansky and the rest of his colleagues at Deep Silver are responsible for publishing “Dead Island: Riptide.” The spin-off title to the original “Dead Island” won’t be coming out for the PS4 and Xbox 720. Instead, it would be released for the PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 on April 23. You can pre-order the title in the following link: “Dead Island: Riptide”
The PS4 and Xbox 720 are slated to arrive in the North American region this holiday season.
