People must learn how to manage and decrease stress in their lives. Uncontrolled stress can lead to depression and other health problems.
Here are ways to de-stress after a long day: read a newspaper or book, exercise, listen to a funny comedian, walk, meditate, go bowling, attend yoga class, watch your favorite TV shows, watch your favorite sports team play, go to your favorite restaurant for dinner, surround yourself with positive people, listen to music, enjoy the zoo, watch a good movie, visit a museum and leave haters alone.
