The De Anza College Dons football team found itself down 10-3 at half-time against the Cabrillo College Seahawks in front of its home crown on Saturday, October 9, 2010 in Cupertino, CA. The Dons dominated the secondhalf, however, to rally and win in a rout 38-13.

De Anza struggled early in the game and got shutout in the 1st quarter while unable to stop the Seahawks to dig a 10-0 hole. The Dons did manage to score a late field goal in the 2nd quarter with their defense holding off Cabrillo’s attack. The half ended with Cabrillo leading 10-3.

De Anza came out of the 3rd quarter with explosion. The Dons tied the game with its first drive in the second half with a touchdown. The Seahawks answered with a field goal in its next possession to narrow the De Anza lead to 17-13. It was all Dons after that, however, with De Anza scoring 21 unanswered points to win the game 38-13.
