Hopefully, you were able to attend yesterday's DC Food Bloggers Happy Hour. If so, great! (So, what did you think?) If not, no worries -- DC Restaurant Week is around the corner!
Monday, January 9th through Sunday, January 15th enjoy one of several three-course prix-fixe options for lunch (*$20.12) and/or dinner (*$35.12) at some of the city's finest dining restaurants.
Here's the line-up of participating restaurants. (Impressive, as always.)
I always stress that Restaurant Week is a good time to check out the restaurants that might normally be outside of your price range/meal budget. This is an even better time to reconnect with family and friends that you might have missed during the holidays.
Sidenote: Some restaurants extend Restaurant Week menus beyond the alloted time, which gives everyone a chance to check it out (or return for seconds and thirds).
Reservations can be made via OpenTable.com (read: Dining Rewards Points!).
*Price does not include beverage, taxes or gratuity.
Oddly enough, I haven't decided where I'm going to dine -- but best believe, I'll be there...and hungry!
So. What's on YOUR radar?
Until we eat again...
