DC artists rule charts: Richard Smallwood debuts #1 and Earnest Pugh sits at #3

Legendary DC metro area gospel artist Richard Smallwood with Vision debuts at #1 with Promises, a collection of songs that are all about the promises of God. The Stellar and Dove award winner also charted at #63 on the Billboard 200.  Kirk Franklin takes the #2 spot with Hello Fear and another DC metro area artist Earnest Pugh comes in at #3 with Earnestly Yours.
