DC Artist Scott Clark Dead At 43

Artist Scott Clark, a rising star in the comic book industry passed away yesterday. He was 43.

Scott got his start in comics in the 1990’s working for some small publishers before getting his big break at Marvel, where he worked on Alpha Flight and X-Men.

He later made the switch to DC where he worked on such titles as Batman Inc, Wonder Woman, Brightest Day, Grifter, Deathstroke, the Martian Manhunter back-up stories in the new Justice League comic, as well as several titles for DC’s Wildstorm imprint.

The news of Clark’s passing was announced on his Facebook page and was a shock to his family, friends, and colleagues.
