Red Apron Butchery: Thanksgiving is coming and Charcuterie Ninja, Chef Nathan Anda is offering free-range turkeys that are pasture-raised in Virginia on a diet of fresh grass and local grain. These special birds are weighing in at 14-18 lbs and going for $79.99. They’ll even brine them for you to ensure maximum juiciness.
