Dayton guide dog reported stolen still missing

A blind woman has reported her guide dog stolen. He's been missing for more than a week.

The dog, a Rottweiler named Diamond, was put outside on a chain to use the bathroom outside a Dayton residence around 8:30 Monday, Feb 17, 2014. About 10 minutes later, the owner went to let Diamond inside and he was gone.

Diamond has a choker collar and tags that give her address.
