Today is Day 8 of the 28 day diet plan. These are the meals for today. For breakfast we have 'Baked Apple Cinnamon French Toast' If you are still hungry you can chose to add about a half a cup of non fat yogurt. For lunch have a Thai Beef Salad with a cup of skim milk to wash it down. Milk is very healthy and it keeps your bones strong. For dinner you have the option of 'Garlic Roasted Pork' or 'Basic Chicken Saute'
The exercise for today is a type of Zumba called Zumba Toning. Zumba toning is for people that love cardio and aerobics. It also includes some strength training techniques that will work on the areas that you need to work on. You must have toning sticks or weights to do this type of exercise. The toning sticks are light weighing at 1.5lbs per stick. If you don't have toning sticks or weights you can purchase them at a store like Walmart.
Remember whenever you work out make sure you drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated. If you are feeling dizzy you can eat something such as a power bar that will give you energy. If you need to take breaks through out the work out you you also can do that too. Check out the classes for zumba toning in Boston, Massachusetts or at your gym. You can also do zumba toning in the comfort of your own house. I recommend joining a class because then you can meet new people and a lot of people find it easier to have a teacher then you can watch. Do it whichever way you want. You might find out this type of exercise just isn't for you.
