Today is Day 5 of the 28 day diet plan. The goal is to have 1200 calories through out the day. Here's the meal plan for today. For breakfast 1 cup of bran flake cereal, a banana and 1 cup of skim milk. You can either drink the milk, pour it in your cereal or do half and half. For lunch you have a choice between a BLT Salad or Asian Slaw with Tofu & Shiitake Mushrooms with a Whole-wheat roll or bread. For dinner Salmon with Roasted Chile-Mango Sauce or Peppered Turkey with Cranberry-Grape Relish with 1 cup of Roasted green beans.

For snacks if you want something filling eat yogurt, cottage cheese or vegetables. Eat them sparingly through out the day.
If you love to exercise why not take a run in Boston, Massachusetts. You can site see and exercise at the same time! Or to make yourself fee great you can start off with a walk then progress to a job and run. If you'd like a more fast pace exercise try bicycling or hiking. They are more advanced so start off with bicycling. When bicycling always wear safety gear for protection such as a helmet, gloves and knee pads. Make sure that your bicycle has reflectors so that people who are driving can see you. There are also bike trails that you can try if you don't feel comfortable riding in the road. If you don't live near Boston then do it somewhere near you!
