Today is Day 18 of our 28 day diet plan. The exercise today is an intense exercise called P90X. The full intense workout is done in phases. Your goal is to master each exercise to the best of your ability. Try the first week working out your arms. For people who are at a more experience level can do push ups 25 times. For those who are just beginning you can do pushups using your knees. These exercises aren't just beneficial for your arms but it also good for toning your back muscles. Chin ups are such an amazing exercise and is a quick way to see results .I can't stress this enough no matter what type of exercise you are doing. Drink lots of water to keep yourself hydrated.

Let's focus on the meal plan for today. For breakfast try a egg and salmon sandwich. If you don't like it or can't have it due to restrictions then have another alternative like cereal or wheat toast. For lunch try a Peanut butter Tofu Wrap. It is a quick and simple meal that takes a total of 10 minutes to make and it has only 310 calories per serving.
