Today is Day 10 of the 28 Day diet plan. If you can notice a change then keep up the good work. If you haven't noticed any change don't worry it just might take a little more time then other people. Remember to not give up and have a positive attitude.

Today's exercise is called Zumbatomic. This exercise is for families and who really enjoy exercising. It bonds and makes the family stronger. It gets the younger generation off the couch and by doing a fun exercise routine. Todays the majority of kids either watch to much television or spend hours playing non educational video games. It is not good for there brain or bodies. Parent's you can get your child more active by using an exercise video game that is fun for everyone. You can control the time limit for the exercising. As long as they are moving, learning and getting blood circulation then it's fun! It benefits the entire family.

The meals for today are good and healthy for everyone. To start of with breakfast have a whole wheat English muffin with 2 table spoons on top along with a smoothie. For lunch you can choose between a Bistro Flank Steak Sandwich or Southwestern Cheese Panini.
