Do you want a fast easy way to shed pounds? There's no day better than the present to start. This diet plan only takes 4 weeks to complete. I will give you the 3 basic meals breakfast, lunch and dinner to eat daily and then chose one of the meals for a try at home recipe. Here is the link for Day 1 of the diet plan

Let's start off with breakfast since it is the most important meal of the day. Our breakfast item is 'Dry fruit compote with Green Tea and Lemon' For lunch try 'Green Gazpacho' and for dinner 'Grilled Sirloin with a coffee bean peppercorn crust'
