“Let’s Go to Prison” actor, Dax Shephard and fiancé “Veronica Mars” actress Kristen Bell welcomed a baby girl into the world, Lincoln, according to their Twitters on March 28. The couple, engaged since 2009, have put their wedding plans on hold, stating they are not in a rush to get married because so many others are denied that right.
Dax wrote on his Twitter announcing the birth, “Lincoln Bell Shepard is here. She has mom’s beauty and dad’s obsession with breasts. Hooray!!!” Kristen followed up with, “My new roommate poops her pants and doesn’t pay rent…basically @daxshepard1 pre-sobriety :) welcome baby Lincoln xo”
Bell was nervous towards the end of her pregnancy, asking for help from friends who had already walked the path into motherhood. The couple, who have been together since 2007, were told that having a kid was the best thing one could ever do with their life and it was worth all the craziness of childbirth through the “getting used-to” stage.
