Davis Art Center books Redemption SWFL for March Music Walk

Local favorite Redemption SWFL will play on the outside stage at the Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center on Friday, March 16. The Music Walk rock performance will begin at 7 and continue until about 11 p.m.

Redemption SWFL covers songs from the '60s through the '90s. The band is widely known for the variety of their song list, most of which is up-tempo. Led by frontman Danny Reese, you'll want to take to the dance floor early in the evening, which dovetails with the group's goal of getting the audience involved with the show and making every event something special.

Reese and company are not just musicians; they're entertainers. The band members performed their first gig on September 2, 2011 after being together for just five months. After overflow crowds turned out for their next three performances, their first venue booked them for all of 2012.
