Dynamo captain Brad Davis and goalkeeper Tally Hall are returning to training national team duty in preparation for the FIFA World Cup 2014. National team coach Jurgen Klinsman made the announcement Friday morning, January 3, 2014. Both are slated to report to the national team training center in Carson, CA for a week of work (Jan 6-12) before departing for the team's base camp in Sao Paulo, Brazil Jan. 13-25. Both will then return to Carson for a final week of preparation before a 4 p.m. CT friendly match against the Korean Republic on February 1, 2014 at the Stub Hub Center. The game will be televised on ESPN2 and UniMas.
Davis, with 12 national team caps to his credit including five during 2014 World Cup qualifying recorded two assists in the USA's final qualifying match against Panama.
Hall, the Dynamo's 28 year old keeper, has earned three call-ups to the national team.
Both will rejoin the Dynamo following the friendly match.
