David Jaffe is famous for two very violent franchises, one of which is getting a shiny new reboot next week.  In a surprise promotion for the new Twisted Metal, Jaffe wants you to shoot a truck from the safety and comfort of your desk.

There's no licensing involved, no gun safety, no red tape, you just have to sign up on the website before February 14th when the game launches.  Don't worry though, you'll be pulling the trigger via remote control.  The gun is out in a desert somewhere so it's perfectly safe.  Probably.

There's a video to go along with the promotion where Jaffe swears a lot so it's pretty NSFW.  Looks like a lot of fun though.  Head over to ShootMyTruck.com to check it out.
