David Guetta releases new club track 'Shot Me Down' featuring Skylar Grey

The famed French house music producer - disc jockey, David Guetta released his new club track 'Shot Me Down' on Monday, January 20th.

The new club single is reworked around the chorus of Nancy Sinatra's 1966 classic 'Bang Bang' and features the talented vocalist, Skylar Grey. After being featured in the blockbuster Hollywood hit film “Kill Bill Vol. 1” in 2003, which enjoyed a increase in popularity.

Grey has been a guest vocalist for numerous top artists including Dr. Dre's 'I Need a Doctor,' P. Diddy's 'Coming Home,' and Lupe Fiasco's 'Words I Never Said.' Grey is also a well established song writer, writing hit tracks such as Zedd's hit song 'Clarity' and Eminem's Top 10 hit 'Love The Way You Lie.'

While currently working on his 6th studio album, Guetta will be releasing a series of tracks and beats designed purely for the dancefloor under his Jack Back Records label. 'Shot Me Down' has already been tested, played live in Vegas, Miami and during his tour of Brazil for over 150,000 Electronic Dance Music fans over the span of 10 tour dates.
