After migrating in the U.S. for almost seven years now, David Bunevacz, husband of former actress Jessica Rodriguez, is now airing his sentiment in the alleged mauling incident happened to him seven years ago involving his business partners Tyrone Ong and Cedric Lee, through pep.ph this afternoon, Feb. 1, 2014 (Philippine time).
According to David, he was physically violated, terrorized and death-threatened during that time. Before he went back to the U.S., Cedric Lee and Tyrone Ong, his business partners in Beverly Hills 6750 Cosmetic Surgery and Skin Institute, filed estafa case against David, but according to him, the two had just decided to file the case because of the physical injuries and kidnapping cases he had already been filed.
David is now enjoying his stay in the U.S., but because of an incident happened to Vhong Navarro in Taguig City last Jan. 22, the netizens are now calling his attention. They're saying that this is the right time for him to clear some important issues in the past especially now that Vhong tagged Cedric Lee as one of the persons involved in the incident.
In his statement posted on the Philippine Entertainment Portal this evening, (Philippine time), the athlete-model revealed his sadness in the alleged encounter of Vhong Navarro to his former business partner.
"I have heard of what happened to Vhong and Cedric and it greatly saddens me. It painfully brought back memories of our own tragic experience almost seven years ago. What happened to Vhong is not the first time such a crime had been committed. It is clear that evil deeds are being exposed. I pray that this will be the last time that it will happen," David said.
