David Barton claims Obama won't mention God during T.G. proclamations (again)

David Barton must be fully confident that the entirety of his audience is either dull as a post or as morally bankrupt and willfully detached from reality as he has allowed himself to become.

This is best demonstrated by the fact that Barton has no problem flat out lying to them, over and over, about things that five minutes with the average web browser could prove demonstrably false beyond the shadow of a doubt.

In this case, during a series of programs on "The Gospel Truth" with Andrew Wommack, Barton once again alleged, over and over, that President Obama never mentions God during his Thanksgiving proclamations.

"One of the unfortunate things, this is in the past several years, the Thanksgiving message out of the White House no longer even mentions God," Barton claimed. "When we give thanks, God's not part of that."

But again, five minutes on Google turned up all of the following:

As Americans gather for the time-honored Thanksgiving Day meal, let us rejoice in the abundance that graces our tables, in the simple gifts that mark our days, in the loved ones who enrich our lives, and in the gifts of a gracious God.

~Barack Obama, Thanksgiving Day Proclamation 2010

As we gather in our communities and in our homes, around the table or near the hearth, we give thanks to each other and to God for the many kindnesses and comforts that grace our lives.

~Barack Obama, Thanksgiving Day Proclamation 2011

Let us spend this day by lifting up those we love, mindful of the grace bestowed upon us by God and by all who have made our lives richer with their presence.

~Barack Obama, Thanksgiving Day Proclamation 2012

This Thanksgiving Day, let us forge deeper connections with our loved ones. Let us extend our gratitude and our compassion. And let us lift each other up and recognize, in the oldest spirit of this tradition, that we rise or fall as one Nation, under God.

~Barack Obama, Thanksgiving Day Proclamation 2012

David Barton once again has demonstrated his inability to say anything unless it's a big fat lie.
