A “Dating Naked” contestant is suing Viacom, Lighthearted Entertainment and Firelight Entertainment for $10 million. It seems that Jessie Nizewitz is furious that one shot from filming aired without being blurred, so there was a moment in the July 31 episode that showed off all of her private business to the world. Despite signing up for the show and agreeing to be naked throughout, Nizewitz says she was “shocked, horrified, and outraged to observe this intrusion into her privacy for all to see.”

Deadline shares that the “Dating Naked” contestant is suing because she was assured that all of her naughty bits would be kept private via either strategic shooting or digital blurring. She also says that before the wrestling beach scene in question, she was again assured that things would be blurred. For whatever reason, that's not how things ended up in this one particular scene.

What many online are pointing out is that if Nizewitz hadn't brought forth the lawsuit, for the most part this surely would have been a non-issue in the grand scheme of things. While Jessie was personally embarrassed and says it took a toll on her private life, it would seem she's drawn even more attention to the situation now. There was no significant online uproar after that episode aired, as few seemingly noticed the unblurred image. However, now that the “Dating Naked” contestant is suing over it, screencaps of the moment are online everywhere and have gone viral.

Does Jessie Nizewitz deserve $10 million for signing up for a naked dating show and then having some embarrassment over the shot making it on-air? Many will be curious to see what comes next as the case of the “Dating Naked” contestant suing over the shot moves forward.
