New York City runway model Jessie Nizewitz was a contestant on the new VH1 reality show "Dating Naked." Despite filming multiple nude scenes while going on prospective dates in the buff, she is suing the VH1 and Viacom to the tune of $10 million. Nizewitz alleges that she is humiliated when the network aired a recent episode of the show in which they failed to completely blur out a shot of her genitals according to 7 Online on Friday.

The episode in question originally aired on July 31 and despite Jessie Nizewitz claiming that VH1 producers promised not to show any "private parts," they did just that. The unfortunate shot made its way through social media and Nizewitz feels that she became the butt of many jokes. Although no genitals or female breasts were shown during the episodes, there was plenty of flesh shown on camera including bare buttocks.

The lawsuit was filed late Wednesday and claims that screen grabs of the very quick flash of Nizewitz' genitals were passed around websites including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Nizewitz claims as soon as the show aired, she began receiving text messages from friends, letting her know that her lady parts had been exposed during a scene where she was playfully wrestling.

Nizewitz is horrified by the screen grab slip up and her lawyer, Matthew Blit, is claiming that his client now suffers from "extreme emotional distress, mental anguish, humiliation and embarrassment." Jessie Nizewitz and her lawyer have claimed also that producers of the show should know that the flashing of a contestant's genitals on national television would cause such a reaction and therefore, they are responsible.

It is unclear how the case will play out. "Dating Naked" is one of the many new naked television shows that seem to be trending lately. There are no other cases of someone signing on to appear naked on television and then suing for being too naked. The VH1 hit averages 800,000 viewers per new episode. "Dating Naked" airs on VH1 every Thursday at 9 pm EST.
