The Houston Dash left the Pacific Northwest Sunday night losers of a 2-0 match against the Seattle Reign FC.

Seattle midfielder Kim Little struck for two first half goals as the Reign remain unbeaten in 2014. Little converted a penalty kick following a takedown of Seattle's Sydney Leroux in the 19th minute. Twenty minutes later, Little received a pass in the box, outmaneuvered two Dash defenders and keeper Erin McLeod before hitting the back of the open net.

Seattle had opportunities to expand its 2-0 lead but McLeod came up big with one save after another including a leaping punch over the crossbar on a Keelin Winters drive from 35 yards out.

Houston forward Ella Masar nearly cut the deficit in half sending a ball across the goal mouth as the first half came to a close. Kika Toulouse sent a drive on goal in the 58th minute that Reign goal Hope Solo knocked over the crossbar to the Dash off the board.

The Dash look for their first franchise home victory as they return to BBVA Compass Stadium on Saturday night , May 3, 2014 facing FC Kansas City in a 7PM CDT match.
