Darren McFadden: What will be the final outcome with the Oakland Raiders?

See also

As presumed, many are waiting to see what will happen with running back Darren McFadden with the Oakland Raiders this off-season. The running back has been with the Raiders for five years and has not lived up to expectations due to not being able to stay healthy for a whole season.

It was reported on Saturday that McFadden will be testing the free agency market. No word has been released on how much the running back could be worth, but it is speculated that his price will go down.

His five years with the Raiders, first five of his career as well, were not what analyst expected out of McFadden. He was hurt in all five seasons and did not amount to much except for season 2010 when he accumulated 1,157 in 13 games.

Darren McFadden’s inability to stay healthy for a full season has caused the Oakland Raiders many complications in the last five years. The most McFadden has played in a season was 13 games, 2008 and 2010.

McFadden’s reputation has been known to grow as Mr. Glass by some analysts and many fans of the Raider Nation. Why Mr. Glass? Well, the running back gets easily hurt every year just like glass easily breaks!

So, in the end, the Raider Nation and sports analysts, as well, will be waiting to see what the price for McFadden will be this off-season as a free-agent. What will be the outcome of this running back with the Raiders?

As for the Oakland Raiders, the running back shoes have been pretty much filled by Rashad Jennings. So, worrying about McFadden should not really be an issue. Still...

Even though the Raider Nation has learned to pretty much let Darren McFadden go, it will be very interesting what will happen to him. In the end, good luck to him wherever he ends up!
