Everyone’s favorite Grateful Dead tribute band Dark Star Orchestra is putting tickets for its just-announced Spring Tour East on sale Friday, Feb. 22, 2013. Recreating specific eras and even shows from throughout the Dead’s 30-year touring career, Dark Star Orchestra’s Spring Tour East includes the previously confirmed Dark Star Jubilee festival in Thornville, OH May-24-26 and a gig at the Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom in Hampton, NH June 1, as well as a number of dates centering mostly on New York and New England with shows for Delaware and Pennsylvania fans thrown in for good measure.
