The first details have been revealed in regards to another public playable demo for the upcoming multiplatform title, “Dark Souls 2.” According to a post from the official Play Expo website on Aug. 21, the open-world action role-playing game is going to be exhibited in the upcoming convention.
Play Expo 2013 will be taking place on Oct. 12 and Oct. 13. The convention is being held at EventCity, Manchester. Attendees are going to get some hands-on version of “Dark Souls 2” months ahead of the launch of the final version. Today we can confirm that Namco-Bandai games will be exhibiting at Play Expo 2013 and will be bringing the eagerly anticipated action RPG Dark Souls II to the show a full five months ahead of its UK release date.
“Dark Souls 2” was playable to select members of the press at this year’s Electronic Entertainment Expo. Invited attendees at GamesCom 2013 also got a chance to try out an early version of the open-world action role-playing game. Moreover, a private beta of the Playstation 3 was announced as players will be able to download and play a small portion of the title from their home. The play test will begin in October.
