The publisher of “Dark Souls 2” may have revealed the PC release date for the upcoming multiplatform video game. According to a report from TNT Gamer on March 2, Bandai Namco Games recently revealed an advertisement claiming that the open-world action role-playing game will be made available on April 25.
The release date is schedule to be on a Friday, which is when most new video games are released in European territories. Bandai Namco Games may launch the PC version of “Dark Souls 2” three days earlier in the United States.
Although computer players have may to wait longer than the console users, they will be getting several exclusive features. “Dark Souls 2” on the PC features a native resolution support of up to four times higher of the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions. The software product is also going to run at 60 frames per second on the PC as opposed to the 30 frames per second clip on consoles.
Finally, PC players can use the keyboard and mouse accessories to play “Dark Souls 2” as the development team made sure that the new input methods have been “adopted” appropriately this time around.
The open-world action role-playing game is due to launch for the PS3 and Xbox 360 platforms on March 11 in North America.
