The upcoming multiplatform video game, “Dark Souls 2,” could also be released for the PS4 and Xbox 720. According to a report by Player Effort on March 9, a new game engine is being built for the action role-playing game. Because the current console generation is coming to an end, the engine might also be made for the next-generation systems. Furthermore, the in-game graphics that were shown to journalists apparently matched the visuals for “Star Wars 1313” and “Watch Dogs,” two titles that are coming to the PS4 and Xbox 720. You can check out some screens from the sequel to “Dark Souls” in the slideshow at the top of this article.
“Dark Souls 2” is being developed by From Software and will be published by Namco Bandai Games. The action role-playing game is expected to come out in the North America region in late 2013 or early 2014. For now, it will be released for the PC platform in addition to the current-generation PS3 and Xbox 360 consoles. You can pre-order the game in the following link: “Dark Souls 2”
The PS4 and Xbox 720 will be released during the holiday season of 2013.
