On Monday, the first teaser trailer for The Dark Knight Rises was released. And no shortage of Hollywood film critics and fans are panning the trailer for being what some call "confusing," "lackluster," and "bland."
The trailer for The Dark Knight Rises gives us our first glimpse of director Christopher Nolan's third and final installment in his Caped Crusader trilogy. The trailer first turned up in theaters to lead off the opening of the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2.
The estimated budget for this high-end flick is a whopping $250 million. The film is scheduled for release in the United States and Canada on July 20, 2012.
